anyway, phone is on its way. Looks like corp had it mailed to them first. What do you guess the odds are that EVEN THOUGH I SPECIFICALLY ASKED FOR THEM TO NOT UPDATE IT, THEY WILL?

I hate stuff like this. I'm sure the 14 year old girl they have updating and mailing phones doesn't understand or care why I might not want my phone updated.
