A new Batman, thrown right into a DKR-type storyline without any build-up of his own? DC has no idea what they're doing.

Yeah the more I think about it the more I think it's a bad idea for Superman.

This type of movie should come AFTER Man of Steel 2 after you establish Superman with maybe Luthor and Metallo or something, to do a Superman/Batman movie I think will undercut Superman unless Batman is underplayed.

I'm not fronting. TDKR really was one of the worst movies I have ever seen. Awful in every way.

The biggest flaws in those films is that the good guy isn't who you're rooting for.

I loved the Joker and I loved Bain. Batman and almost everything around his story that didn't involve him interacting with the villains was whatever.

I really don't think you need any build up. Who at this point doesn't know who the fuck Batman is? Last thing I want is yet another Batman origin story, it just isn't needed. Hell they had a new Hulk in Avengers and it worked out awesomely, by far the best Hulk yet. I think these characters are entrenched in the collective mindset enough that we don't need another Batman movie before this.


Personally I was hoping for more of a World's Finest movie instead of a Dark Knight Returns take. I have a feeling it'll barely resemble Miller's work.


I liked the first 2 Bale Batman movies, the 3rd one was just riddled with some many plot, character and other issues.

Attack of the Killer Tomatoes is the only movie I can think of that's worse. Slugs is a better movie than these, and Slugs is horrible.
