Thread: What websites do you "read"?

  1. I knew this thread had potential!

  2. Some are showers, some are growers.

  3. Twitter, HackerNews, TNL (some days), Seth Godin's blog, Mashable and rotation of design or tech blogs.

  4. The Guardian. The Dash Next Level Dot Com.

Are you guys telling me there are more Internet Web Sites than these?

  5. #15
    TwistedFister.com

  6. Tevis Thompson's website
    http://tevisthompson.com/videogame-essays/

I think I read this guy's whole site in a couple of nights. Not that I necessarily agree with all of what he says, but I don't think he would want the reader to. He's all about challenging the "metacritic degree of success" (my words) and expressing individual experiences with games. And other interesting stuff.

  7. Also ActionButton.net can be a black hole of reading.
    http://www.actionbutton.net/

The Mario 3 review will get you started. http://www.actionbutton.net/?p=426

  8. Tim Rogers knows what's up.

  9. Action button is dead, but Tim still posts occasionally to largeprimenumbers.com

  10. My daily habits for checking on the net is my email at gmail, few news sites, http://imdb.com for some new movies or check some review and check http://gamesfen.com for some new game site. And of course the check the Facebook which is pretty boring
