Do I see ads? Sure, all the time.
Do I watch them? Fuck no.
There is a fucking difference. There is no way to completely escape advertising in the civilized world.
On the way in this morning, I heard people talking about the super bowl ads. I haven't seen one of them, and don't care to. That's space that is reserved for info about Cassini and Huygens.
It's impossible not to get exposed to brands, unfortunately.
If i'm DVRing a show, i skip through the commercials. I catch a lot of live TV tho, so usually during the breaks i check my facebook or twitter - twice the ads, straight to my brain!

I tend not to watch commercials in the traditional sense but with product placement permeating shows to a ridiculous extent, it's still kind of like watching commercials anyway.
The pig in a blanket one is really damn stupid...I don't really get it
