I didn't fill out a bracket, since I didn't watch a single game this season, but I have a close coworker who is still perfect.

You don't need to watch any games to fill out a bracket. It's basically luck, that's why it is so popular.

It's a great PR stunt. Warren Buffett said that he would try to buy out anybody who was perfect up to the final four. The number he threw out was $100 million, but that's way too much. Really, let's say I am perfect up to the FF. He offers me $10 million now, $0 if I don't get the last 2 rounds right, $1 billion if I get them right. I'm taking the $10 million.
