I like that they're going all Metal Gear with it.
I knew Gundog would not be the final title given what happened with Seibu's GunDogs, which became Raiden Fighters.
Konami is going with the odd subtitle of Bone-Eater for this. I can see this name being changed probably to Silent Scope 4 for any US release. SSBE adds a more futuristic anime style, and a new design for the gun.
The monitor is now Tated which would probably be a slight issue for home-ports (not everyone wants to turn a 42"+ TV sideways). Blood seems to be replaced with Tekken hit-sparks, but there's a bit of destruction with shattered glass around bullet holes in windows.
It's currently confirmed for Japan only but some US locations are highly interested in seeing it come here.

Same here. A PS4 port would be cool, especially if Konami produced a clip-on scope for the Move that had a small LED screen built in. I'd easily pay around $75 for that.
