Make sure you get the two songs by September 30th. As ChaoofNee touched on, you have to play through a couple of songs to unlock the DLC menu among other things.FREE DLC:
For a limited time only, players who pick up the game for the first two weeks will receive two songs from the first round of DLC for free: FINAL FANTASY IX's Roses of May and FINAL FANTASY V's "Battle 2”. Head to the in-game DLC menu from the title screen to claim your songs!

Curtain Call really makes the original look like a demo; I also like how it's structured a lot better, even with the weird gating of the settings menu.
