Screw the costumes, this is the preorder bonus to get. I don't normally buy games from Sears, but for $40 off my next purchase I'll give 'em a shot.
EDIT: Never mind. (TLDR version: dealing with Sears/KMart is a crap shoot.)

So they're basically taking all the content that would traditionally have been the XL expansion and breaking it up as DLC instead.
Also: I've seen differing translations involving the new weapons. This one from GAF just says one weapon, which makes it sound like one of the existing characters is getting an entirely new fighting style; the one on GameFAQs says one weapon per character, which sounds much more like they're talking about new, higher-tier skins for existing styles.
Season pass is going to be $20 for everything in the US. I guess this DLC thing is working out for Nintendo. It's interesting they're not going with $30 to match 3000jpy.

Good, $30 felt a little high, $20 seems more reasonable. (Of course that's based on a pessimistic interpretation of what the "new scenario" in the first pack and new modes in the last pack will amount to; it's always possible they'll be extensive enough that $30 would have been fine.)
Meh. I'll wait for a Greatest Hits version with all extras included. This is too much DLC.
