since emmerich is getting his way I guess those 17 years of TV stargate are getting shot out of the canon cannon... what hurts the most is that the original 94 movie doesn't even really need a reboot, it still holds up fine today and it was never some hoddy-toddy oscar winning masterpiece just some fun pulpy schlock
