Thread: Best Way to Cover a Classic Game

  1. Thanks for all the feedback everyone!

Neo - I have no issues with emulation as long as it plays right.

The idea of doing a Knuckles' Chaotix episode is frightening.

Yeah, I like this a lot. As kids it was all print media and word of mouth.

I swear that entire game feels like a series of glitches.

  4. Listening to Mario 1 podcast. Don't hate this.

  5. A general look at the 32X library would be interesting. I'd listen to it!

can you twoplayer that online? Can we hear Mzo and Finch scream and cry at each other as they try to do things with that goofy ring magic rubber band?

The few times I tried to seriously play it it felt like a bland mess, but I'm sure it probably has an interesting story behind it! That alone would make for an interesting topic, I think.

I don't want to say "never," but I think we want to cover games more on their own rather than covering a system in it's entirety. Still, I can think of quite a few 32x games I wouldn't mind diving into on a show.

Ha - I wasn't even aware that Chaotix had 2 player support. Mzo and I need to steal Finch from Denver.

  8. Virtual Boy Wario Land Virtual Boy isn't virtual reality.

    It's actual reality.

    I like these a lot

  9. I really enjoyed the latest Wario Land episode, it's good that you celebrate Gunpei over Shigeru.
Quick zephyrs blow, vexing daft Jim.

I'm glad that comes through! We wanted to refer to Miyamoto as sort of the new punk that joined Nintendo and maybe we'll try some of his stupid games someday.
