Thread: 2014 NFL Thread of Illegal Contact, Political Correctness, and PEDs cut with Molly

  1. I can see the Cowboys easily beating the Lions but the last two times they've played the Lions have won. I don't think Brandon Carr will be covering Megatron solo this time around.

Held a injury-ravaged team together to an 8-8 record in the toughest division in the NFL.

So yeah, the joke's on the ownership.

  3. Harbaugh is a douche but the guy is a great coach. Niners are mental for letting him go.

    MVP?

Romo ? Nah. Murray beasting all year helped him. Great great year though.
It's between Watt and Rodgers for me.
Either team wouldn't have squat for wins without them.

  4. If Watt doesn't win, the award is meaningless. Teams game plan strictly for him and he's just whooped everyone's ass again.

I don't buy into the 'team success' for MVP. It's always "Well, if Houston made the playoffs then...". So what, if Baltimore lost yesterday, Watt's suddenly MVP-caliber? Houston beat them anyway.

He has 20+ sacks and 50 QB hits (50? that's insane), and he's the focal point of the other teams' offensive coordinators.

  5. Watt should be MVP but Rodgers will win.

  6. Watt might win because there will be people that split the vote between the QBs and all the people that know what the hell they are talking about will vote for Watt.

  7. Suh deserves his suspension. It wasn't terrible but the clown just doesn't learn.

  8. Tom Brady just restructured his contract, giving the Pats $24 million to spend in the offseason. Hopefully, they'll resign Revis. Awesome.

  9. Tom Coughlin back for 2015.

For example, see what, umm, Jim Harbaugh did with the same team that Mike Singletary went 3-13 with the year prior.
Jim had a total team backing. When push comes to shove, the GM should have been the one to step down. The team is going to regret this next season.
