Mettenberger isn't any kind of solution. But the Titans are a terrible team, they have zero chance at competing thanks to their coaching and their quarterback play, so they might as well lose with the young guy they drafted in hopes that whatever experience he can gain will be of some use going forward.
How busy can Warren Moon possibly be? Suit him up so we can stop propping up imitations.

Kenny Stabler is still alive to start for the Raiders, right? Hell, we can even get Mark Brunell for the Jaguars, even if he does throw with the wrong arm.
