Definitely. Not buying this game, but stuff like Titan Fall, BF4, etc. does the same thing. My point is that there's no way they use the space responsively (Same with EA) on a platform that does the bulk of it's business via downloads.
Dead Rising 3 was another bullshit game with it's 40+GB download on Steam. Unlike the other big shooters, most retailers aren't gonna sell a PC copy of that in stores.

Titanfall definitely does not make good use of its space. A good portion of its 48gb is uncompressed audio files (35gb, to be precise). That's already inefficient, but what makes it worse is that that includes seven spoken languages - they could easily have let people select which languages to install rather than forcing them all.
