"Complete" also entails wait times between online matches of less than one full American minute. Why can't Capcom figure this out? SFIV was a nightmare, too. The match you selected is no longer available.

I like SFV more than I do GG, but I can't justify spending more time waiting and watching "Vs" screens than actually playing the videogame even if I did steal Josh's tech of doing push-ups and squats while waiting.

The matchmaking in SFV is a huge disappointment compared to the last installment. It still doesn't have a regional filter, rollback is very common even on a 4-5 bar connection setting, and it constantly fails to log match results. It doesn't help that they've had to take the servers offline twice since the Season 2 update.

That's how I feel - it's a great game at its core. Story mode didn't save it (it's incredibly stupid), meaning the complaints about no single player modes equate to what? That you can't play against bad AI in an arcade mode for a night or two before you get bored of that?

It looks like they are bringing an arcade mode in. It's something they should've done from the start, especially when MK9/MKX, KOF XIV, GGXrd, and even Capcom's own SFIV have that covered. Better late than never if it's so.

KOF XIV's arcade mode is good, especially if you turn the difficulty up to 4/5 for a little more challenge.
