Watching Ultra Silver players whiff random Flash Kicks left and right is really fun. Getting really good at punish combos, meanwhile.

Guile is weird. Flash kick has no invulnerability to strikes on startup. I was counter hit out of it a hundred times last night, but thought I was just messing up and getting stand short or something. Turns out you have to EX it to use it as a wakeup.
So if he's out of meter, Guile has zero wake-up options. Meaty away!
Sounds like Chun. If she doesn't have meter for EX Bird Kick, I just cross her up all day after knockdown.
