Fable Legends (Xbox One, PC)

Microsoft released the details today on how it's going to work. It's a F2P title with a rotating cast of heroes whom can bought and kept with both in game currency and real world currency. The villain will be able to purchase hordes and traps for each map and will be able to mix and match types. Personally I think it's a good move considering all the skepticism it's been getting and the fact that it's a 4 vs 1 game so it probably wouldn't have had as much of a chance as a full retail title.

Anyway, Eurogamer has a pretty good video on the whole thing and it looks gorgeous on PC:

I applied for the beta as well and didn't get anything but I definitely want to play it as soon as it's out.

Hopefully it'll be a fun "daily grind" style multiplayer game that can be played in short bursts.
