I never play any of my handhelds outside. Playing while sitting in my car is the closest I ever come to that. I mainly use them in bed at night for a while before I go to sleep, during downtime on vacations, lunch hours at work, etc.

Also I tried playing Botkai outside and it sucked. Any game designed that way is not worth my time.
