It's on Netflix right now. Both seasons! Ignore the thread and go watch.
Danger 5 is an Australian-made comedy by the creator of Italian Spiderman. Five world-government agents thwart the 4th-reich at every turn and, by God, try to bloody kill Hitler. Every week.
The first season uses 60-70s era kids shows as a template. The second dives into the 80s in the stupidest ways possible and somehow gets even funnier!
Also, it's McKenzie Approved!
chestbridge is the best
Spielberg is one of the few people who may be able to get a hold of the rights for a lot of what was referenced in the book.

Started watching this the other night, it's fantastic.
Yeah, I like it. Some of it makes me feel good in a good way ("It's a German plug!"). Some makes me feel gross in a good way (the brunette agent fellating Goebbels). And some of it is very flat and makes me feel gross in a gross way (molestation jokez (not funny)).
But it's a good time on the whole.
good time on the hole

Did this suddenly get a new season or did it just get on Netflix?
There was a second season that wrapped up two months ago and the whole thing hit Netflix recently. I hadn't heard of it before then! So glad Netflix recommendations actually worked in my favor for once.
Ah, I haven't seen the second season yet.
Cka was recommending this a couple years ago, you should listen to him.
