I bought this. Hard as balls
This game has a ...different...career progression. When I started, I wouldn't come anywhere close to the times I needed. I drove pretty well. But after returning, I realized that when you finish full events you get (in addition to money that buys cars) automatic upgrades to your vehicle. And when to re-enter the event, you take your better car and your past experience and crank out better times. Very different from the typical racing game progression of dominate the first few events and hit a sticking point. You simply won't win your first time out, and it's not through any fault of your own. Not sure if that's a good thing, but it's pretty cool IMO.
