This is correct. At one point in his career, Arnold noted that he had his symmetry developed to the point that if he added an inch to one part of his body, he'd have to add an inch to every part of his body just to keep the proportions right.

Good question. However, the Arnold Classic is under the banner of the IFBB, which also runs the Mr. Olympia, so it's their lack of rules, not his. But he does have his name on the contest, and with him being Arnold and all he'd obviously have the sway to make changes if he really wanted them. Not sure why he hasn't in this instance, especially since he's been so outspoken on the subject lately.

  3. Like dole said, arnold has been harping on this for a while now. I like that he directly confronted the judging in this talk though.

We are starting to see a shift where the men's physique guys are getting bigger and bigger and starting to look like the classic bodybuilders as well as landing nice sponserships and the perks that go with it.

It's a positive shift in my opinion.

FYI - frank zane had the best body of all time!

Those are the "natural" bodybuilder's, no?

  5. Hah pretty much.

But even the physique guys who are supposedly "all natural" are about four times the size of the average legit all natural bodybuilding competitor who competes in tested competitons.
