When Vasteel was visiting a few weeks ago we went to a game store where I ran into an old customer. He's very much a collector and was happy to announce he's almost collected 1,000 Wii games. Take that as you will.
He shared that he was happy to find Walk It Out at the store I used to work and he was happy to get it for $30 used. I vaguely remembered the game, and remembered it launched at $30 new. So I guess it's a OMG RARE! !!11! game. A few days later I was in a Game Stop and there was one for $9.99. I picked it up. It was only after then that I looked it up. According to price charting it did spike at one point, but has come down quite a bit.
Anyway, the premise sounded kind of interesting. Walk around to the rhythm to unlock new music and areas. I just broke out a DDR pad and popped the game in.
This game will go under the file heading that I put Lost in Blue in.
In the pro section, I certainly was walking in place. Everything else would go in the con section.
This game is why I hate collectors. No one should be happy to find this, at any price. It's awful and Konami is awful for releasing it.
