It's not that they're mobile; it's that they're casual. I know exactly what ones he's talking about. Dave & Buster's and Frankie's have several of them here.

I have a retro arcade here in Phoenix called StarFighters, 90% of it is classic stuff like Star Wars, Galaga, etc. A few newer arcade games and a few pinball machines. Only open on Friday and Saturday nights from 6p-11p, $14 for two people and it's all set on free play.
