Except you don't have to cater to every PC in existence if you make a PS4 game. You can max out that hardware and know you're getting exactly what you're setting out to get on every single PS4 unit.

No, you aren't, because there is literally nothing that the PS4 can do that a PC can't. It can even use the same controller.

You can be theoretically right all you want but look at what Actually Happens. There are games you aren't going to get on PC, because the perception and the practice in the industry don't follow what you think is correct.
