Yeah, the only reason to own one of the LCD versions is if you want to read comics on it, since they haven't cracked color e-ink.

If someone is going to praise something over something else and participate in destroying an industry, they should be doing something worth while. Not reading the DaVinci code and dragon Lance books on their kindle. Or worse, claiming they read 100s of books on their gadget of choice when they really just reload facebook and twitter all day and they haven't read a book since the last harry potter.

What industry is being destroyed? Books are still coming out.

I use my kindle for books and nothing else. Reading on an iPad sucks.

I downloaded this app and the Topps Bunt one. The baseball one looks more interesting, because there is some kind of meta fantasy game tied in.
