Main takeaway I get from shmupsforum:BL Arrange apparently has a LOT of slowdown. And sometimes an invisible stage 5 boss, lol.Arrange A has no slowdown during hypers so its unplayable, BL Arrange has too much of it
These aren't modes that have existed in arcade form so obviously they're directly comparing with the 360 versions.
