On the one hand, shut up and take my money.
On the other hand, this looks like an upscaled DS game, just like android Final Fantasy 3, so they probably didn't put a whole lot of effort in.
I'd rather see Makai Toushi SaGa Final Fantasy Legend remade, but this is still interesting after all these years.

That shit looks like the DS remakes.
I really like the cute character models. They fit the art really well. I don't expect it to come here but maybe the Vita will have a physical version so i can get it. It's interesting they're keeping the "Final Fantasy" part of it and seemingly keeping the Chocobo this time around. I loooove the GB game but I was told the GBA game is closer to what Koichi Ishii wanted (i'm not sure how true this is).

SaGa has never exactly lit the world on fire, I'll take what scraps I can get.
It used to and at least did well in Japan up until Kawazu made UNLIMITED with his own hands because as he said "DAMMIT THIS IS THE GAME I WANT TO MAKE."
SaGa GB was the first million seller for Square!
