I just think it's ridiculous that a $800 monitor is shipping with all sorts of BS quality control problems. This is why people buy Apple. I would feel a lot better spending $900 and not having to play the panel lottery.

I know it's a small gamble, but Apple doesn't make a monitor that does the stuff this one does. I would pay extra to exit the lottery too.

I like how the price on the 8 (TN) went up $50 as soon as the 9 (IPS) sold out at NewEgg.

I grabbed the PSTV bundle from Best Buy for $50 yesterday. That's a low enough price for me to get back to my stranded PSN purchases from my PS3/V.

Played some TxK last night and justified the purchase.
