  2. Predictions:

    Nintendo doesn't announce a full Animal Crossing title and I'm bummed.

    NX is either unveiled and lame or not unveiled leaving everyone wondering what the shit is going on with it.

    EA shows off games that look cool to Bros but will inevitably be shit and forgotten.

    Bethesda shows Fallout DLC and nothing else of value.

    Microsoft shows a ton of shit that is terrible and Halo 6 teasers.

    PC is hardly watched but has the greatest exclusives shown.

    Sony shows a ton of sequels that we'll all gobble up.

    Still no release dates for Kingdom Hearts 3.

    The new Ni No Kuni makes no showing for some reason.

  5. Sony will show the same games they showed last year. Because all those games were years away from release.
    Microsoft will show a bunch of typical sequels.
    Nintendo will also show the same dumb shit they have trotted out for a decade.

    Hopefully somebody shows something new and awesome.

  8. Does it matter? Unless there's a Shenmue IV secretly in the works, nothing is going to top last year.

    Do any of those announcements from last year even have a release date?

    They could've announced them this year with no harm done.

    Shenmue III is sometime next year. No firm date yet, but the email updates come in at a reasonable pace. It's looking great.

    As for the other 2 big ones? Yeah, pure hype. But that's kind of the point of E3, as it has been for years. Anything of actual substance will be announced later, at a time and place where they don't have to compete with 20 other press conferences (i.e., Nintendo Direct).
