Early impressions of Batman (1986):
Are you vengeance?
No, there's no combat at all and touching everything kills you.
Are you the night?
There are no stealth or detective elements at all.
Are you Batman?
You might actually be a child in Batman pajamas and socks. Or the Bat-Mite.
Can you kill people?
There are no discernibly human enemies in this game.

RIGHT IN MY FACE
I've never played that one. My first Batman game was the 1988 (I think) one. I had it on Apple II, but I know it also came out for C64.
I am beginning to remember how good we have it these days with licensed games. Though to be fair, some of these do look very interesting in their own way but just don't seem Batman.
My first one was probably the well known NES one. None of these earlier ones are ringing any kinds of bells.
Batman for Gameboy is the first one I played. It's a pretty basic platform shooter, and not very true to the license since all you can do is shoot people, but I liked it. Batman for Genesis is pretty hard, but I liked that one, too.
