I always wanted to play this game back in the Xbox days.
Watching gameplay now, the aesthetic reminds me of Let It Die.

Just popped open the Windows 10 store for the first time since...? Still no Phantom Dust. If I open it a second time tomorrow that will make it twice in a single year.

-edit- Oh wait, there it is! When I typed it in the search box it only brought up an album of some sort, but when I hit enter it found the actual game. Took me to a multiplayer pack instead of the base game, and when I clicked on the multiplayer starter pack (not realizing that wasn't the full thing) the Windows store crashed. Can't imagine why I don't use the store more often...
