Tomi Lahren invoking "limited government" is kind of useless there ideologically. Nobody says "I believe in limited government so I don't think they should prosecute murderers." If you think unborn fetuses have rights then anybody who believes in limited government would still believe the government has a role in protecting those rights.
If she is ok with abortion the size of government has nothing to do with it.
