Sure.
I dont expect trump to get more votes next time than the first time. There weren't that many people on the fence and he's done a poor job of keeping campaign promises.
Sure.
No, I think he handed in an honest report with regard to his narrow mandate. The case for real collusion was always weak. The case for obstruction is plain as day, and I guarantee you the report spells out as much, but Barr is stonewalling here, and there's just not enough moral outrage to expect Congress to check him on it.
I'd be shocked if they didn't uncover a lot of dirty laundry that didn't necessarily tie back to Russia or election interference, and simply punted it to SDNY or the FBI at large.
Personally I think the next election boils down to the Dems putting up a solid candidate. It's not looking good yet but it's still early. If we get a repeat of last election then we'll likely get the same results. I still hope for someone to emerge from the pack like Obama did in 2008.
There's little chance of him losing in 2020 but I think Cohen nailed the real issue: The only way he's leaving office peacefully at any point is when he's dead.
Such defeatism!
Have you guys talked to a normal trump voter? Not the ones posting memes on facebook. Normal people.
They dont talk about him. They dont praise him. I never hear about him at work. His base isnt actually happy with him. They are just waiting him out and glad Hillary lost.
The ones posting memes on facebook are underage (just how conservatives like 'em) anyway.
My uncle who voted for Trump can't stand him. But the choice in 2020 will be between Trump and a socialist. Because he doesn't think critically enough to avoid the brainwashing, he'll vote for T-Dawg a second time. It doesn't matter who the Democratic candidate is: They'll be coming to redistribute his wealth, take his guns, and kill babies after they've been born. I mean, it's an easy mindset to understand. We soyboys get all fear-manipulated over not letting women have abortions, healthcare problems, and the stripping away of civil liberties.
