His Elektra Assassin, Daredevil, and New Mutants work is so next level.
Arkham Asylum: A Serious House on Serious Earth gets so much praise, but McKean's stuff is like Rob Liefeld hanging off of Art Adams's nuts compared to Sienkiewicz.
