  2. The best thing the NRA could do for gun enthusiasts is invent a better, cheaper tool to kill people. Like AIDS lasers or something.

Yeah, it's probably a rural thing. Living in a city, I have never seen a non-police gun (or a moose) in Canada in my whole life.

  4. I know several people with handguns, but they're always locked up in a gun cabinet.

  5. I had shotguns in high school, but we lived in rural swamp Florida.

We've got a revolver nowadays, I take it to a range once a year and that's about the only time it sees daylight.

Unless it's about sex or women's body, in which case it needs to be highly regulated.

The US owns like 40% of the world's guns with a fraction of the population. I think it's that simple.

And for the people who say guns are too ingrained in the culture for real change to take place, does the building you're in allow smoking?

And they do background checks at gunshows. Most of the booths are stores. Very few people are paying 150 for a booth just to sell 2 or 3 personal guns, so the idea that even more than 1% of the crimes and murders are committed with gun show "loophole" guns is laughable.

And seriously, if msnbc or CNN could find 1 case of a mass shooting with a gun show loophole gun, they couldn't air it enough.

Really, they should probably levy a heavy tax on guns. Money has a good way of calming people. It was $50000 machine guns firing at that concert it was cheap sub $50 bump stocks.

  10. The Chris Rock quote is make bullets super expensive.
    Boo, Hiss.
