Involuntarily had to cut out all refined sugar this past month. sucks, but I actually don't miss it that much. I'll crave it momentarily after meals then it will pass.
As long as I can have Coke Zero, which my stomach seems to be tolerating, I'm ok. I'd like to be able to reintroduce coffee but no way am I at that stage yet.

I'm going to die of mercury poisoning bc all I eat is fish, vegetables, and breads. RIP Chernobyl stomach.
Oh yeah! My sense of smell in regards to food has gone haywire - everything smells really odd. Like, my husband opened a bag of those cheesy ruffles chips, and they do NOT smell right. I've had cheesy ruffles chips a million times but now they smell really odd and I can't eat them anyway. Weird! I had some La Croix the other day, which I normally love, but it didn't taste right at all. And then I had some cherry Coke Zero! and that was all messed up too!
