In the early days of the internet I was always getting slapped around with a trout. Havent been able to enjoy eating one since.
Yup. After I lost all that weight I bumped calories accordingly to maintain. Every now and then I'll treat myself to something rich, but it evens out because I've remained active. I had my physical the other day and got the results, which were better than last year's since I've had the benefit of maintaining the weight and working out (btdubs, pressed 450 tonight with my legs). The only "high" number was sodium (close to the upper number of the range) but I also have low blood pressure so ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
The sodium fear might be bullshit, depending on how crunchy you want to get.
I'm of the opinion that you'll put on 10 lbs after keto just from eating grains or boxed food. Noodles, rice, bread, oats and flower based snacks digest slow and sponge up water.
Your body breaks down food in to basic parts and I’m sure some bodies do better on different balances but there are people in tremendous shape that bulk with carb loading. Everyone I know on keto does about 1,500 cals a day with intermittent fasting. If you eat 1000-1500 cals a day and you’re not a couch potato you’ll lose weight.
I’ve decided to give up all alcohol but whisky this month too.
