If you guys can find them, go back and read one of the blogs or two where they (Lizardcube) detail just how crazy granular they got with Wonder Boy on the reverse-engineering/coding side. I think if you do that you'll be pretty excited about this.

Has there been any mention of reverse engineering? I figured with Guard Crush Games as one of the developers, this might use their Streets of Fury engine instead (although that's more like Guardian Heroes with the jumping between background and foreground).

If this game does well which I think it will do, Watch your copies of Streets of Rage 1 thru 3 go up in price because hipsters.

Edit: Decided to take a peek on ebay. Holy fuck at almost 100 bucks for Part 2 and near 80 dollars for a complete part 3. Fucking hell.....

I'm still not too fond of the art style. Hopefully it at least plays like the old games

I am not crazy about the art either, but if it plays welll I won't care.

Is this coming to PC? Because I don't have sub to PSN/XBL so I won't be co-op on console.

I like the art fine, but I super hate the lighting effects.
