    I sell legit digital movie codes on eBay all the time. Fuck the police.

    My initial impression is Japan’s Unfair Competition Prevention Act intends to remedy hacking in online multiplayer, but I didn't read about it.

    My second impression is that it is to prevent modding/piracy but all English discussion just points back to the same Japanese-language webpage and I don't really trust anyone knows what they are talking about.
