    I sell legit digital movie codes on eBay all the time. Fuck the police.

  7. My initial impression is Japan’s Unfair Competition Prevention Act intends to remedy hacking in online multiplayer, but I didn't read about it.

    That probably the intent. But we know how vague laws play out.

  9. My second impression is that it is to prevent modding/piracy but all English discussion just points back to the same Japanese-language webpage and I don't really trust anyone knows what they are talking about.
