Turrican is a cool franchise. It's loved enough that the Dreamcast got a Turrican like game with Gunlord.
I played 'em all over the years, I still don't get Turrican sorry.

Factor 5 and Psygnosis were powerhouse developers from Europe. Wipeout and Rogue Squadron were pretty big franchises from those 2 companies.
Neither of which are Genesis games, coincidentally.
Flashback and Ecco: The Tides of Time are great Genesis games, though.
They're saving Flashback for the Atari Jaguar Mini.
