I check adv probably too much. I got in the habit when I was going to fit and certain topics would be directed there.

90% of adv threads are relationship questions.

Its sad to think that the fundamental human problem is loneliness.

  4. If I'm bored of reddit sometimes I'll just close it and then open it again.

Most internet addictions are really an addiction to novelty. That's why most people that addicted to web porn get into weirder and weirder kinks. They dont need nude bodies, they need novelty to get their dopamine rush.

That is also why the worst things I've said here can create 40 pages of comments despite people repeatedly saying they hate it. They are addicted to the novelty of the weird statements.

Or they enjoy the rush of their own outrage or fear. People get an adrenaline rush from anger and fear. People get addicted to that to. Look at the comments of any news feed. This kind of addiction also helps kill you because the stress is bad for your body and helps to create cortisol.

If you really want to get better you can try the book "power of habit." It breaks down habits into their pieces and discusses how you can create new habits. There are summaries online and the book also has a summary in the appendix. It does work. I used it to help lose all that weight and to get off my home computer for 3 months.

  6. reported for being off topic.

  7. My only online vices are TNL and one wrestling reddit. I don’t love my relationship w either place but I’ve been posting less and lurking more.

The rest are art, product design, or game design sites I use as inspiration or as support communities that I try to contribute positivity to or learn from.

What are the art sites do you read? I’ve been working on some stuff again and I’m trying to get inspiration.

Deviant art and hentai factory obviously.

  10. I miss Tumblr being worth a shit.

I check on FB Groups instead of the main timeline, I look at TNL, I read The Guardian, I peek at Twitter then quickly close the lid back down on Twitter.
