Speaking as someone who's out of the PC Gaming sphere entirely now and didn't like Half-Life 2 to start with... I don't know about all that.

Portal is really the only thing of theirs that I've really liked.

  3. Hopefully that's next.

  4. VR Portal? Holy shit, that would be insane.

The interview with Keighley kind of implies that they tried it and ruled it out as being a bad fit for VR, or at least the sort of physics/momentum based stuff. Too intense or whatever.

Honestly that whole interview left we wondering if the "three VR games" thing is still applicable. Valve has an awful lot of miscarriages, and this might be the only one they've taken to term. Still, even by itself, a full fledged Half Life game is a powerful beacon for VR in a way few other things could be,

  6. The entire Half Life series in free on STEAM, until this game launches.

Oh, I hate using a link to the Verge.
