Right now it's fucking sad seeing people boarding up their businesses because of this election for fear of rioting and looters. The way people are acting like this is supposed to be the norm is fucking disgusting.

Is that something just happening in smaller cities? None of it whatsoever around here and I was out & about all morning.

Also only took me about 10 minutes longer than normal to vote this morning (25.total). Everyone I know who tried to get me to go to the early polling locations over the past couple weeks ended up waiting an hour plus.

Something like 100 million people voted early. So like 1/3 of the population.

Downtown Dallas buildings were reported to have crews boarding up windows, in preparation for rioters. The downtown Neiman Marcus closed at 5 pm. People will look for any reason to destroy shit.

I ended up voting Biden this time. The final decision came down to Trump planning to lose by pushing thru ACB, who I like, but the hypocrisy was too much. That and if Biden wins, it will stave off Democrat socialists for another 8-16 years. Texas is a Republican state. A democratic vote won't amount to much here.
