Saw this today. Nice little series from the guy who made "Ah! My Goddess". The chase sequences are the main highlight, very nicely done. It also features some comedic elements, though it's not quite as funny as A!MG, and it's somewhat slow-paced at times.

Natsumi looks and almost acts like Peorth though, so that's a plus

If you liked A!MG or well-done chase scenes you might want to check this out.
