Wanted/needed/desired: Genesis (model 2) AV cable

Yea... I need a model 2 Genesis AV cable. I think it has a second red audio cable as opposed to the model 1 Genesis AV cable which only has white and yellow.

If anyone has one lying around, let me know! I'm looking to pick one up...

well thjeres 2 A/V wires for the genny model 2 and 3

1 with stereo output and 1 with out
the one with stereo output is hard to find i have a pair but no way im getting ride of them

i suggest you try ebay cause thats where i found mine for about 8 or 9 bucks i think

Nice find. I got mine at sega-parts.com, but it cost more than that.

It may be my imagination, but I think that the video is crisper using the stereo cable too.

I have a model 3 Genny and I use the mono-only A/V cable. The picture is ASS on all my games except Lightening Force. I'll pick up one of these sometime soon. It seems that ebay seller has a bunch of them he's getting rid of.

Quick question... is the Genny's output generally crap anyway? If so, then my A/V cable isn't the problem...

My uneducated guess is that the Model 3 has really cheap output.

Hmmm... I do remember reading a Genny 3 S-video mod document that says the output chip in it is the same as Playstation's. Weird, huh?

I don't know about a model 3, but the Model 1's av was decent but not great, the Model 2 was quite a bit better, and an Xeye or CDX was badass (for an RCA connector, anyway)
