Thread: IGN reviews Gungrave (actually quite witty)

  1. IGN reviews Gungrave (actually quite witty)

Your feelings about the game aside, I think you'll find this to be a very cleverly done review. I'll post the link rather than the whole thing because it's got some cute graphics features that are integral to the review. Read on.

  2. Pretty cool review there Bio Witty, and with some good points brought into play. I personally, is very excited about GunGrave, even with its apparent shortness, and looking forward playing it next month

  3. Thanks man - I dug the juxtaposition myself. He makes good points about the apparent schizophrenic nature of the game, and presents it in a creative way. Best IGN review I've read in a while - he stresses the idea that some people will love the game to death, but it sure ain't for everyone.

  4. Well, I feel like putting my foot up Good Doktor's ass right about now.

*Goes off to get a beer with Evil Doktor*

In all seriousness, it was a good review. Everything his one side complained about I don\'t give a damn about. I love 45 minute games. I actually get to play them. Everything his other side praised got me drooling. Sounds like a purchase to me! Is it out yet?

  5. Hah. Good Doktor was soo lame.

  6. Hehe.. that was funny. I don't think I like the Smiley guy as much as the Evil guy though.

  7. In Japan Chibi, US release comes out September 17th.

  8. That was a very fresh and entertaining review, something you'd expect from an old issue of GameFan.

The review is accurate in that GG is going to be one that you love or you hate. Anyone that has read my review knows which side I am on. Screw that little devil face.

  10. Definately a great review!

And I happen to love Loaded and Berserk, so it makes me want to play it even more. Luckily, I think I've finally found a good solution to how to get my PS2 modded...
