Arucard is Alucard spelled the way it's pronounced in Japanese. Alucard = Dracula backwards.

I haven't seen any of the series but a friend is downloading a few episodes for me. I've read that it's like Trigun actually... is it?
Just finished DVD #3 and I have to say the show just quadrupled in coolness. I almost gave up after DVD 2, but now I'm hooked way more than I was after the first DVD.
Can't wait to see the finale!
