How do you clean up a sprite after you shrink it down. I wanted to do an animated Makoto av, but it would look terrible after I shrunk it.

The only way I know how is:

Sharp, unsharpen mask...a tiresome and sometimes frustrating (at least for me) method of cleaning up a sprite after shrinking it. You may have to use blur as well untill you get it just right.

Using the different formats such as png, etc. (depending on whatever version paint program your using)

CHEAT. Find one (sprite) on the net that someone else has already done the work for you.
