I have everything except the difficulty set to normal. As for grade... the highest I got (after beating the game) was an B+ I think.

And yeah, I forgot to put down what char I used... sorry. It was Gouki(Akuma). And I got a new score:

Gouki, 2,962,503, Grade B, Lvl: 8

It's probably best to not allow any SysDir modifications (that way, arcade players can have their scores ranked in this thread). Full default settings are probably the best.
