Thread: Return Of The Sega Scream

  1. Return Of The Sega Scream

    segaworldweekly:

Sega put a smile on the face of Americans this week
with the return of the Genesis age Sega Scream ending
NFL 2K3 commercials. According to sources, the Sega
Scream will take a much more prominent role in
    attracting attention to Sega's titles.

  2. SEGA!!!

  3. Good stuff. That was probably their best marketing campaign ever. I also liked how they brought back the classic "Se-ga!" sound in Beach Spikers, that was nice
If my memory of her has an expiration date, let it be 10,000 years.

  9. Great... I'm definitely in the minority here (might be the only one too), but I always hated that annoying "SEGA!!!" scream.
In the other hand, the return of soothing "Se-ga~" sound bit in Beach Spikers was a welcome addition which I'd like to see in all future Sega games.

  10. I may be the only one who noticed, but Kurdt Cobain once did the "sega scream"- or something that sounds like it. The album Nevermind (you do own a copy, dont you?), the song "Territorial Pissings".

The very last utterance Kurdt makes before the song ends. I swear that he is screaming "SEGA!"
